4. Client Responsibilities
Clients engaging Nexoera for professional services bear the following additional responsibilities:
- — Accurate Information: Providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information about their organization, systems, and requirements throughout the engagement.
- — Legal Compliance: Ensuring that the implementation of any recommendations or deliverables complies with applicable law in their jurisdiction.
- — Third-Party Rights: Ensuring that any materials, data, or systems shared with Nexoera do not infringe on the rights of third parties.
- — Access Authorization: Ensuring that access granted to Nexoera during the engagement is properly authorized by the appropriate personnel within the Client organization.
- — Appropriate Use of Deliverables: Using deliverables provided by Nexoera in a manner consistent with applicable law and ethical business practices.
5. Monitoring and Enforcement
Nexoera reserves the right to monitor use of our website and services to ensure compliance with this AUP. We may investigate complaints, reports, or evidence of possible AUP violations and take any action we deem appropriate, including:

- — Terminating an active service engagement without refund where a material violation has occurred
